"Issues such as the need for affordable housing, patient-led health care services and good schools are certainly not unique to the communities of Western Cornwall, but they are in some instances far more acute. Added factors affecting Cornwall such as its transport links and the level of second home ownership also clearly need to be delicately handled.Having grown up in rural areas myself, I'm aware of the need for proper support for rural communities
With only four days left, I am pleased to say that we have been meeting lots of positive people all over the constituency.
On Saturday we had a great reception in Penzance and in Helston too. It was great to meet so many people and have a good chat about the election.
